1. General Provisions

• Single Account: Each individual may operate only one account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

bash8 reserves the right to verify a user's age in cases of suspicion. Account activity may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3. Account Registration

To open an account on bash8, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. The information required at registration includes:

• Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Preferred payment method

A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts, hiding your identity using a VPN, or operating an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Verification Process

Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal request or when depositing above a certain amount. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address.

4. Account Security

5.3 Currency

All transactions on bash8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) must be met.

For example, if you deposit ৳2,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you will need to complete a total of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• bash8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

6.3 VIP Cashback Program

bash8's VIP program has five tiers in total, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activity on bash8 is governed by the following general rules:

7.1 Betting Limits

7.2 Game Outcomes

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bash8:

• Opening an account using a false identity or false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to the system
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Colluding with other users to exploit the system
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage bash8's reputation
• Conducting any activity in violation of applicable laws

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by bash8

bash8 may suspend or close your account without notice or with short notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Direction from a law enforcement agency
• Extended period of inactivity

9.2 Closure by the User
